It’s unsellable, unless you go to a dealer wanting to buy one. Then it’s totally impossible to get one in, and you need to buy the automatic on the lot today or else there will never be an opportunity to buy a new truck again. Ever.

After driving my friend’s brother’s automatic Taco (same gen) .... a manual sort of sounds nice... the slushbox is awful.

I see the TRD badging, but no transfer case controls. 2WD? Because yeah, that’d kill the resale. Otherwise it seems like manual trucks go for more than their auto counterparts on the used market. Or at least I know my friend paid a premium for his 2015 XTerra Pro4X in manual.  Hell I don’t even like trucks and I want that one haha.

The manual is only available with 4WD.  Transfer case is electronically controlled. Its the round dial to the left of the climate dials.
